Protecting your privacy and the trust you place in HK Xuxinda Technology Limited ("Xuxinda," "we," or "us") is central to how we design and operate our AI prank photo and video editing tools. To operate the Service, we process prompts, reference photos or videos, uploaded files, and generated media. We store this content as needed to provide features like history, editing, and sharing.

1.3 Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect technical data when you access the Service, including:

  • Device type, operating system, app version, and browser information.
  • IP address, approximate location (based on IP), and system language.
  • Diagnostics such as crash logs, performance data, and interaction events.

1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Legal authorities when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We will notify you before personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
